Sabrina Ionescu hit 20 consecutive shots during the three-point contest in Las Vegas. She joined Oregon State University, where she studied Advertising and had an outstanding sports work, to the point that she broke the NCAA record in triple-doubles and was the first player to exceed 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds and 1,000 assists. During her college stay, she established a strong relationship with Kobe Bryant, whom she met when the former Los Angeles Lakers guard went to watch her play in January 2019 with her daughter Gianna. Sabrina Ionescu spoke during the Kobe Bryant memorial in February 2020. Since his debut, he has not stopped breaking records.
She was the fastest player to achieve a triple-double in WNBA history: she did it in the sixth game of her career at 23 years and 163 days against the Minnesota Lynx on May 18, 2021.
