The release of Revit Software 2024 is intriguing, but the software may be evolving slower than the industry would prefer. При поиске по проектам Autodesk на странице результатов отображаются все проекты, соответствующие поисковому запросу в рамках хабов, и модели, соответствующие поисковому запросу в текущем проекте. Извлечение: на странице «Последние» можно закрепить основные модели, чтобы они отображались постоянно. Поля: на странице «Проекты Autodesk» добавлены поля «Размер» и «Описание». На виде списка можно настроить отображение или скрытие полей и изменить их порядок. Видимость проекта: функция видимости, которая позволяет отобразить проекты из всех версий Revit. В диалоговом окне «Создать группу модели» укажите имя группы, установите флажок «Открыть в редакторе групп» и нажмите «ОК». В редакторе групп нажмите Добавить. Выберите вкладку «Архитектура»панель «Помещения и зоны»раскрывающийся список «Зона» Линия границы зоны , нарисуйте границу с помощью инструментов на панели «Рисование» и используйте инструмент «Линия» на панели «Рисование», чтобы изменить границу зоны. В редакторе групп нажмите Готово. Сохранение настройки разделителя свойств типа! Ширина столбца, заданная в диалоговом окне «Свойства типа», сохраняется для каждого компьютера. Ранее при выборе дуги, эллипса или сплайна функция «Создать аналог» выделяла неверный инструмент в галерее рисования. Команду «Создать аналог» можно использовать для следующих элементов. You can read out the information from the selected element in the Properties Browser. One of the main benefits is the capability to link models from previous versions of Revit without upgrading them. This feature is very useful when collaborating with other stakeholders who are working with older model versions. Once you have linked Coordination Models, you can manage these files in the Coordination Model tab located in the Manage Links menu. As you can see in the example below, every surface of the floor has been aligned individually with the same pattern. To reset the pattern, you can use the Entire Surface again. This style can be described as a hybrid mode between Consistent Colors and Realistic. It will show textures like in the Realistic mode but without the global lights which sometimes can be a little buggy on floorplans. You can use the Texture style for presentation in 3D views, or floor planners, for example. However, Revit 2024 has introduced its own Color Book. This Color Book has premade colors of different sets that can be used for different materials, filled regions, etc. Not only do the Color Books feature a variety of pre-existing color sets, such as Pantone colors, but they have also expanded to include RAL colors. Furthermore, you are allowed to search for a color in the blank field below the Color Books dialog.

We now have a toposolid command rather than a toposurface. As the name change implies, the ground is now represented by solid geometry rather than a 2D surface.
This is the exciting part. Missing from the ribbon below is the building pad command, which is the scary part — I will explain this in the next section. Figure 24. Toposolid Replaces Toposurface Although the toposurface and building pads are no longer available, they are preserved when a model is updated to Revit 2024.
Those elements can be modified and copied. You just cannot create new instances as the commands are gone. Figure 25 shows a toposurface and building pad after an initial model upgrade. Figure 25. Example of a pre-Revit 2024 toposurface and building pad.
To convert a toposurface, select it and follow the steps shown in Figure 26. Step 2 involves selecting a toposurface family type that can have several surface characteristics preset. Figure 26. The steps to upgrade a toposurface to a toposolid. The toposurface is not deleted as this would delete the building pads which need to be recreated manually.
Since there is no building pad tool, Autodesk recommends that an in-place mass set to cut the toposolid be created, as shown in Figure 27. This provides a lot more options, like tunnels and sloped edges. The biggest challenge is that the workflow is not as intuitive for the average Revit user, in my opinion. Figure 27. The suggested replacement for the building pad tool is an in-place mass void.
Sub-regions are automatically converted to sub-divisions. Figure 28 shows the various type settings for this new element. Notice two things. First, the toposolid is fundamentally based on the floor element. Second, the contour settings are now set per object type rather than globally.
Figure 28. Toposolid properties. Knowing that the element is essentially an enhanced floor element, note that apply materials is a little odd. Then I had to paint a grass material on the surface. The tricky part with painting is that the surface is made up of several facets and required several picks to paint the entire surface.
Toposolid — Creation Workflow A toposolid is created similar to a floor element. You start by sketching the perimeter of the ground to be defined and then finish the creation mode. Next, you select the toposurface and use the Add Points option on the ribbon, adjusting the offset value also on the ribbon. Roads and walkways are created using the Sub-Divide tool found on the ribbon when a toposolid is selected. This is similar to the sub-region tool where an enclosed area is defined within the larger toposolid perimeter.
The result is a solid extrusion which conforms to the ground and can be adjusted vertically. However, the sub-divide height cannot be negative. The last image in this section shows how a mass void can create a tunnel in the toposolid. This was not possible with a toposurface. When a CAD file is available, a toposolid can be generated from it as in the past.

Built-in asset library: Architects and landscape designers using Revit 2024 no longer need to search for models or materials over the Internet.
You can sync perspectives, materials, models, and lights from Revit to D5.

14 Spectacular Revit Software 2024 Features You Can’t-Miss

Feature Highlights
If you have foundation walls going below grade, for example, you now must use the Cut tool and select the wall and the toposolid to get the correct graphic results in a section. Link coordination model Revit can now link a large number of file formats stored in BIM 360 via a linked Coordination Model. These models are represented within Revit as lightweight geometry and can be easily navigated. Sub-elements can be selected, and their properties are listed in the Properties palette. If you were paying close attention just now, you might have connected the dots that a Revit model can be linked in as a lightweight model. This might be helpful with specific consultant models. Here is the big news, with this new feature, not only can you link in a Revit model, but you can link different versions of Revit models! For example, your Revit 2024 model can link in a Revit 2022 model without needing to upgrade the 2022 model. Enscape does not support this element type in Revit. However, neither does Revit apparently. If you select Realistic in a 3D view the entire coordination model disappears.
So, use caution before deciding to replace your linked consultant Revit models with coordination models. Conclusion These new features, along with the recent new Enscape features in 3. If you have not had a look at these updates, give them a try. You can get started by using the trial version of both Revit and Enscape! Вот только есть незадача: при таком выборе не будет видно оси труб, а нам они нужны. Спецификация пометочных облаков Теперь можно создавать спецификацию на пометочные облака — облачка для выделения изменений. В спецификацию можно добавлять как параметры самих облаков, так и параметры из окна «Изменения», свойства видов, листов и сведения о проекте. Выбор полей для спецификации Пример спецификации Пример спецификации Как видите, можно неплохо так настроить спецификацию пометочных облаков, чтобы фиксировать изменения на листах. Если когда-нибудь шаблоны АДСК выйдут для Ревита 2024, то как знать, может, сделаем именно такой вариант внесения изменений. Есть у спецификации минус — подпись, она у меня сейчас сделана в виде параметра с типом данных «Изображение», масштабируется под высоту строки. Поэтому, если делать высоту 5 мм, то изображение становится слишком мелким.
В общем, спецификация интересная, нужно изучить подробнее. Есть три варианта на выбор: Нет — то есть работать, как и раньше, подбирать высоту по высоте и длине текста в ячейке; Все — задать всем строкам минимальную высоту, но если какой-то текст не влез по длине и переносится, то высота строки тоже увеличивается, а изображения масштабируются при изменении ширины столбца; Строки изображения — если в спецификации несколько строк, и в каких-то есть изображения, то строки с изображениями будут не выше указанного значения, остальные — адаптируются по размеру и длине текста. Это БИМ, сударыня. Работа с координационными моделями Так называют в справке модели Нэвисворкса, подгруженные в Ревит.
Теперь можно включить точки привязки к элементам этих моделей и ловить их на плоских видах и на 3Д. Кроме того, при выделении элемента в такой модели, можно увидеть свойства элемента, но только для той, что подгружена из облака. Динамо 2. Подробно останавливаться не буду, не работал с Динамо в 2023 Ревите, сравнить будет сложно. Визуально вроде не особо поменялось. Взаимодействие с видами и листами Теперь можно выделить в диспетчере несколько видов и спецификаций и сразу все перетащить на лист.
Ревит их сам раскидает, потом нужно будет руками поправить и готово.
Use the Bring to Front or Send to Back buttons to re-arrange the draw order. The visual behavior is fixed and acts correctly now in the family, project, and when printing in Vector or Raster mode. You are now allowed to select multiple views and schedules from within the Project Browser and drag them onto a sheet. Select multiple Views or Schedules by holding the CTRL button The views will be arranged automatically so they do not interfere with each other. As the order is depending on your Browser Organization, it can still require you to do some adjustments, but it still saves you a lot of clicking and dragging.
The Open Sheet function allows you to quickly open the sheet where the view is placed on. With Resize Rows to All, you can set a specific height, and all rows will be adjusted to that height. New options for Schedules that are placed on a sheet Wrapping Up Revit 2024 comes with a lot of nice new features and enhancements which are listed here above. The most notable change is the newly added Toposolid feature that replaces the old Toposurface. This requires you to spend some time exploring how this works. Overall, Revit 2024 looks fresh with its revamped and modernized user interface, making it also easier to navigate.

The best feature is being able to add a revision to multiple sheets. Multiple views can now be moved to other sheets either by selecting the views or simply dragging and dropping from the project browser. Revision clouds can now be scheduled which, again, has been a long-standing request from users. The revision schedule can be created in a similar way to any other schedule. However, we now can schedule fields from the Revision, Sheet, View and the Project Information which is useful when issuing sheets. Structural Updates As in the previous release, the focus remains on the workflows and toolsets with the analytical modeling process. Also, we see some strengthening of the reinforcement tools with the addition of bending details and alignment control when using freeform rebar.
I will also look at the update from Revit 2023. Loads have been overhauled and the older non hosted loads have been replaced with parametric, intelligent Point, Line and Area loads. These new tools are easier to use and increase accuracy and predictability when creating loads in Revit. Reinforcement Let us begin with the new features and updates with reinforcement. I will begin with the Bending Details which will be especially useful for non-standard rebar shapes. Here in the UK United Kingdom we only tend to detail non-standard shapes and only show these details in the bending schedule, but I know that other countries have a requirement for bending details on all rebar. Bending Details are created as true vector geometry and, as such, will update and change automatically if the host rebar is amended. Bending details can be placed in views by selecting the reinforcement bar and then selecting the Bending Detail command from the context ribbon. The detail can then be placed in a free location, or you can use the Align to Bar command to keep the detail orthogonal.
The Bending Detail is driven by standard Revit Type properties and, as such, you can have multiple types that you can use in different situations. The Bending Details also make use of Revit dimension styles so you will need to setup a couple of dimension styles to support the Bending Detail tools. You can also configure the amount of detail that is displayed within the bending detail. For example, you could simply show the segment length dimensions or recover all the dimensions and angles for each segment as well as hooks and linear dimensions. There are also a few options around the unfolding or offsetting of Bending Details. When you have shapes such as links that overlap it could be confusing when showing lengths and angles of the hooks. These 3 configurations are shown in the image below using a standard link.

Я так не работаю уже давно, только при хорошем освещении. Но всё таки это косметическое улучшение, на то как работает программа не влияет. Архитектурные изменения: 7. Так что новинка как мёртвому припарка, всё равно нужно отдельно моделировать такие решения как и раньше. Допили немного так сказать Добавили возможность сделать выему под смоделированным элементом перекрытием, фундаментой плитой и т.
А сразу так нельзя было сделать? Но и здесь не без проблем — выемку делает, а насыпь нет. Так что ещё надо допиливать. Для меня так же важно что теперь при редактировании вершин отображаются горизонтали!
Теперь хоть работать с топотелом можно. Добавили ещё возможность создавать топотела по Форме, как крыши и перекрытия ХЗ зачем , кнопку упростить топотело не тестировал продолжает ли он упрощать сам при создании по точкам , и переключение отображения сглаженного рельефа и «гранённого» 9.

Snap Points for Coordination Models Use snap points to easily model in context, to measure between two references based on the coordination model points, or to better position the coordination model. To set alignment options for free form rebar sets, use the in-canvas toggle or, in the Properties palette for the structural rebar, use the Bar Alignment parameter.

Step 2 involves selecting a toposurface family type that can have several surface characteristics preset.
Figure 26. The steps to upgrade a toposurface to a toposolid. The toposurface is not deleted as this would delete the building pads which need to be recreated manually. Since there is no building pad tool, Autodesk recommends that an in-place mass set to cut the toposolid be created, as shown in Figure 27. This provides a lot more options, like tunnels and sloped edges. The biggest challenge is that the workflow is not as intuitive for the average Revit user, in my opinion. Figure 27. The suggested replacement for the building pad tool is an in-place mass void. Sub-regions are automatically converted to sub-divisions. Figure 28 shows the various type settings for this new element.
Notice two things. First, the toposolid is fundamentally based on the floor element. Second, the contour settings are now set per object type rather than globally. Figure 28. Toposolid properties. Knowing that the element is essentially an enhanced floor element, note that apply materials is a little odd. Then I had to paint a grass material on the surface. The tricky part with painting is that the surface is made up of several facets and required several picks to paint the entire surface. Toposolid — Creation Workflow A toposolid is created similar to a floor element. You start by sketching the perimeter of the ground to be defined and then finish the creation mode.
Next, you select the toposurface and use the Add Points option on the ribbon, adjusting the offset value also on the ribbon. Roads and walkways are created using the Sub-Divide tool found on the ribbon when a toposolid is selected. This is similar to the sub-region tool where an enclosed area is defined within the larger toposolid perimeter.
Use the new bar bending details to: Create reinforcement drawings and schedules with detailed fabrication instructions.
With this new tool in Revit, when the model changes, the details adapt along with it. Add and customize rebar bending details so that your views and sheets respect your typical practice. Reduce errors and omissions in your document sets. Evolve work together.

The nice thing is that the drawing area can be controlled separately. This is a really nice feature for those that like dark theme in the UX but still want the white background in the drawing area. You will find that some property boxes will still be in Light Theme. Autodesk will likely get to all of these properties boxes in future, but this is certainly a great start. This new visual style is in between Consistent Colors and Realistic. If there is no image applied to the material, the Texture visual style will simply use the RGB color on the graphics tab. Add Multiple Views and Schedules You have always been able to drag one view from Project Browser to a Sheet, but now Revit has added the ability to do multiple at a time. Once you have all the views selected, you can drag them into the sheet. You can also do this from the View tab by selecting the View icon, which will open a window that will also allow you to select multiple views at a time. But, overall this is a really nice feature and a time saver. Resize All Schedule Rows We always like seeing schedule updates in new Revit releases and this one is a nice one.
Revit has added the ability to resize all rows in a schedule. This is going to be nice to quickly adjust the height of the rows all at once. One thing we did notice when we first turned on the feature for All rows is that it took the height of the smallest row in the schedule. In our case, it looked like nothing happened as the rows with larger heights were still the same size as before. A Color Book is a library or book of premade colors that can be quickly added to your material. The new button has replaced the Pantone button on the Color window, but the nice thing is they added all the Pantone colors as Color Books so you will not lose anything. The one thing we do hope they add soon is a search bar in the Color Books window.

Single template file that replaces templates from previous versions. This improved template includes Views and Sheets set for multiple disciplines and coordination, legend views with symbols and text styles. Improved Project Browser. The Project Browser is modernized and the Search bar is added. Resizable dialogs. Dialog windows can be resized. Project parameters are sorted alphabetically. You can add prefix to the parameter name to sort it as you want. In Revit 2023, the project parameters are sorted chronologically.
Improved visualization Improved integration with Twinmotion. Auto Sync with Twinmotion provides a live link between Revit and Twinmotion. New visual style: Textures. This visual style displays material textures consistently, without lighting effects. Using this visual style you can easily test textures prior to rendering. These two commands, from the right-click menu, are related to views. They were introduced in Revit 2023. Drag multiple views to sheet. Place multiple views, legends and schedules on a sheet at once.
The views will be placed in a grid format. Improved schedules. The row height is no more determined by the font size or by width of the image column.

The revision schedule can be created in a similar way to any other schedule. However, we now can schedule fields from the Revision, Sheet, View and the Project Information which is useful when issuing sheets. Structural Updates As in the previous release, the focus remains on the workflows and toolsets with the analytical modeling process. Also, we see some strengthening of the reinforcement tools with the addition of bending details and alignment control when using freeform rebar. I will also look at the update from Revit 2023. Loads have been overhauled and the older non hosted loads have been replaced with parametric, intelligent Point, Line and Area loads. These new tools are easier to use and increase accuracy and predictability when creating loads in Revit. Reinforcement Let us begin with the new features and updates with reinforcement. I will begin with the Bending Details which will be especially useful for non-standard rebar shapes. Here in the UK United Kingdom we only tend to detail non-standard shapes and only show these details in the bending schedule, but I know that other countries have a requirement for bending details on all rebar. Bending Details are created as true vector geometry and, as such, will update and change automatically if the host rebar is amended. Bending details can be placed in views by selecting the reinforcement bar and then selecting the Bending Detail command from the context ribbon. The detail can then be placed in a free location, or you can use the Align to Bar command to keep the detail orthogonal. The Bending Detail is driven by standard Revit Type properties and, as such, you can have multiple types that you can use in different situations. The Bending Details also make use of Revit dimension styles so you will need to setup a couple of dimension styles to support the Bending Detail tools. You can also configure the amount of detail that is displayed within the bending detail. For example, you could simply show the segment length dimensions or recover all the dimensions and angles for each segment as well as hooks and linear dimensions. There are also a few options around the unfolding or offsetting of Bending Details. When you have shapes such as links that overlap it could be confusing when showing lengths and angles of the hooks. These 3 configurations are shown in the image below using a standard link. Currently, the Bending Details cannot be tagged but I am sure that Autodesk will add this functionality in future releases. The bending details could also become a solution for certain detailing conventions such as tick and tag in sectional views and the display of bars in plan. Bending Details in Schedules The Bending Details can also be used in schedules which is especially useful for non-standard shape codes.
