Впрочем, иногда попадаются и универсальные мемы, понятные каждому. Порой даже случаются «коллаборации» с другими интернет-героями. В сентябре 2023 года издательство АСТ выпустило книгу «Секрет небес.
Яблоко Раздора». Это новеллизация одноименной истории «Клуба романтики» — одной из самых популярных в приложении. По сюжету главная героиня по имени Вики Уокер умирает и попадает в загробную школу, где учатся ангелы и демоны.
Это почти дословный пересказ событий оригинальной новеллы — вплоть до некоторых реплик персонажей.
О каком серьёзном нарративе может идти речь, если за основу сюжета взяты настолько избитые истории, а персонажи выглядят так, будто вышли из телевизионной рекламы майонеза? А вот задники неожиданно удались.
Так и хочется увидеть их в каком-нибудь point-and-click приключении Зато вторая группа новелл — настоящее комедийное золото. В них сценаристы срываются с цепи здравого смысла и ударяются в такой бред, что абсурд происходящего на экране почти завораживает. Написано это всё так же отвратительно, как и раньше, зато авторы явно постарались разбавить рутину нетипичным для мелодрам сеттингом.
Космическая фантастика с вызывающе нелепой мужской версией Азари , истерически несуразная «Школа Ангелов и Демонов», абсолютно наглая калька со всех вампирских историй разом — чем более нелепой и претенциозной выглядит обложка новеллы, тем смешнее будет сюжет. События так быстро и бессвязно сменяют друг друга, что сливаются в сплошной поток чистой сценарной глупости, а сюжетные повороты и дыры словно пытаются переплюнуть друг друга. В общем, на выходе получается что-то достойное пера самого Томми Вайсо: читать такую литературу физически тяжело, но самых выносливых ждёт весьма специфическое вознаграждение.
От игры под названием «Клуб Романтики» логично ждать особо тщательной проработки всего, что связано с любовными линиями, и в этом плане мои надежды сбылись. Романтика здесь вышла приторно слащавой. Внезапные душеизлияния, симпатия, взявшаяся из ниоткуда и пропавшая в никуда; иногда персонажи попросту забывают не только о пережитых наедине моментах, но даже о том, что они уже успели переспать.
Если вы получаете удовольствие от кринжа, то передозировка запредельно неловких комплиментов вам понравится. Как ни странно, постельных сцен в игре тоже предостаточно, но стремиться к ним я настоятельно не советую. Если во время «обычных» романтических сцен есть риск насквозь пробить лоб ладонью, то от интима хочется убежать в глухой лес и никогда больше не смотреть другим людям в глаза.
Человек, писавший эти моменты, либо ненавидел свою работу, либо обладал совсем уж поверхностным представлением о том, как функционируют живые люди. Помните «смешные» варианты ответов в Super Seducer? Здесь примерно то же самое, только декорации разнообразней.

Также интересно то, что когда играешь и каждый раз видишь Аделаиду, привыкаешь к ней и перестаёшь оценивать ниже плинтуса. Тут мне очень понравились приключения, ведь когда одна романтика, все не так интересно, не правда ли? Есть красивые наряды, прически, мейкапы. Экспериментировать в удовольствие.
