Нос Nestville Single Malt Ровный, сладкий с нотками ванили, фруктов, печёных яблок, пряных специй, дуба, леденцов и нот картона. Держится хорошо, без особого развития, и не сильно упрощается.
Deanston Virgin Oak Ровный с нотками трав, фруктов, ванили, пряных специй, дуба, а также покрытых воском яблок с маслянистым характером. Ароматика можно сказать паритет. Здесь нет отрицательных нот. Всё просто, ровно и понятно. Вкус Nestville Single Malt Ровный с нотками фруктов, ванили, дуба, пряных специй и трав. Пьётся очень легко, бутылка может уйти на раз. Deanston Virgin Oak Ровный с нотками фруктов, ванили, дуба, красных яблок покрытых воском и пряных специй. Здесь тоже паритет.

Самому странно это писать, но на вкус очень "жидко" - вангую, что "спасибо" говорим тройной дистилляции и холодной фильтрации. Во вкусе лёгкая сладость, переходящая в кислинку и горечь шоколада. Послевкусие: Очень быстро исчезающее солоновато-горькое послевкусие. Если подвести некоторый итог, то можно сказать что виски сбалансированный - всё приятненько, но одинаково не солидно для 12ти лет.
