Достойный продукт. Немного из истории для общего в том числе и своего развития. Информацию взял с ЯндексДзен у Inshaker, надеюсь претензий за копипаст не будет. За что этому каналу спасибо. Предприятие Auchroisk Distillery, на которой стали производить виски Singleton Dufftown, начало свою работу в 1974 г. На первых порах напитки реализовывали только через магазины Duty Free.
Но например я сперва попробовал QC, и он мне очень понравился. Только после него я попробовал Лафройг 10, и если честно сказать - был немного разочарован.
Его поражающая все чувства резкость показалась мне несколько передёрнутой, почти искусственной. Лафройг QC - для меня лично более изысканный и утончённый вариант чем Лафройг 10. Но несомненно стоит попробовать и тот, и другой. У меня лично в баре постоянно стоят оба Лафройга. С этим виски стоит быть начеку.

Что касается выдержки, то это бочки из под бурбона и хереса. Но как мне кажется, хереса там совсем чуть-чуть, его совершенно не ощущается в запахе и он едва-едва проявляется сладостью во вкусе.
Познакомился я с этим виски совершенно случайно - после долгой прогулки в не самую комфортную погоду заскочил в первый попавшийся бар хлопнуть что-то согревающее, выбора в меню практически не было и я решил что вот он момент попробовать что-то новое. И это был чрезвычайно удачный выбор, так как Акентошен идеально подходит на роль виски, который можно "хлопнуть" без эстетского смакования. Теперь о самом напитке: Аромат: Лёгкий цитрусовый аромат с нотами ванили и кислинкой зеленого яблочка. При этом запах всё таки приятный, без спиртуозности. Вкус: Никакой маслянистости и обволакиваемости.

Что касается недавно упомянутого Glen Eagles - не пил, но осуждаю. Мне всегда жалко денег на алкоголь, поэтому пью в основном NAS релизы, перепробовал уже много за 5 лет и пару блендед молтов в придачу и вот ни один из них не был спиртуозным. Откуда же спиртуозность в блендед молте Glen Eagles "на шотландских спиртах"?

Теперь о самом напитке: Аромат: Лёгкий цитрусовый аромат с нотами ванили и кислинкой зеленого яблочка. При этом запах всё таки приятный, без спиртуозности. Вкус: Никакой маслянистости и обволакиваемости. Самому странно это писать, но на вкус очень "жидко" - вангую, что "спасибо" говорим тройной дистилляции и холодной фильтрации. Во вкусе лёгкая сладость, переходящая в кислинку и горечь шоколада. Послевкусие: Очень быстро исчезающее солоновато-горькое послевкусие. Если подвести некоторый итог, то можно сказать что виски сбалансированный - всё приятненько, но одинаково не солидно для 12ти лет.
Лафройг QC - для меня лично более изысканный и утончённый вариант чем Лафройг 10. Но несомненно стоит попробовать и тот, и другой. У меня лично в баре постоянно стоят оба Лафройга. С этим виски стоит быть начеку. Пьётся он на удивление легко, но на самом деле крепость в 48 градусов даёт о себе знать уже со второй рюмки. Не рекомендую пить его больше чем 100 грамм.
