Last summer, if you scroll down this post, a similar wave of blocked domains happened but that one was resolved for me in 12 hours, for most of the bloggers within 2-3 days. This type of penalty on Pinterest is the worst because when your domain is marked as spam, all the pins you already have on the platform, stop bringing you traffic instantly.
