New Features of Revit 2024!
Ну, во-первых, это обновление устраняет проблему расширяемой схемы хранения, затрагивающую надстройки и проекты, обновленные для Revit 2024. Порядок прорисовки 2Д элементов Не проверял, но разработчики обещают, что теперь аннотации и элементы узлов в семействах будут работать стабильнее при отображении в проекте, редакторе семейств и на печати. То есть будет проще работать с УГО — условными графическими обозначениями. Раньше была проблема, что некоторые аннотации в проекте и при печати отображались некорректно: закрывали объекты или наоборот, перекрывались. Теперь должно быть стабильнее, как в редакторе — так и в проекте и на печати. Редко сталкивался с этим, но попробовал быстро накидать, вроде работает, но не совсем корректно. Открыл первое попавшееся семейство — точки подключения умывальника. Добавил вложенное семейство в категории «Элементы узлов», нарисовал символическую линию и область штриховки.

Если дисциплина инженерная, Сантехника, Механизмы или Электросети, то в параметре «Показать невидимые линии» должно стоять «Нет», иначе всё просвечивает. Вот только есть незадача: при таком выборе не будет видно оси труб, а нам они нужны. Если на дисциплине «Координация» выбрать «Нет» или «По категории», то результат одинаковый: оси не видно, но и не просвечивает, всё как на первом скриншоте ниже. Если при «Координации» выбрать «Все», то оси видно, само УГО отрисовывается в нужном порядке, но при этом ещё в стиле невидимых линий отображается основная геометрия семейства. Оформить план красиво по-прежнему нельзя. Всё-таки Ревит 2019 — великолепен.
Именно в этой версии я создаю свои платные семейства, с которыми можете ознакомиться в моём магазине. Спецификация пометочных облаков Теперь можно создавать спецификацию на пометочные облака — облачка для выделения изменений. В спецификацию можно добавлять как параметры самих облаков, так и параметры из окна «Изменения», свойства видов, листов и сведения о проекте. Выбор полей для спецификации Пример спецификации Пример спецификации Как видите, можно неплохо так настроить спецификацию пометочных облаков, чтобы фиксировать изменения на листах. Если когда-нибудь шаблоны АДСК выйдут для Ревита 2024, то как знать, может, сделаем именно такой вариант внесения изменений. Есть у спецификации минус — подпись, она у меня сейчас сделана в виде параметра с типом данных «Изображение», масштабируется под высоту строки. Поэтому, если делать высоту 5 мм, то изображение становится слишком мелким.
В общем, спецификация интересная, нужно изучить подробнее. И теперь у этой графики можно настроить высоту строки. Есть три варианта на выбор: Нет — то есть работать, как и раньше, подбирать высоту по высоте и длине текста в ячейке; Все — задать всем строкам минимальную высоту, но если какой-то текст не влез по длине и переносится, то высота строки тоже увеличивается, а изображения масштабируются при изменении ширины столбца; Строки изображения — если в спецификации несколько строк, и в каких-то есть изображения, то строки с изображениями будут не выше указанного значения, остальные — адаптируются по размеру и длине текста.
Those elements can be modified and copied. You just cannot create new instances as the commands are gone. Figure 25 shows a toposurface and building pad after an initial model upgrade. Figure 25.

Step 2 involves selecting a toposurface family type that can have several surface characteristics preset. Figure 26. The steps to upgrade a toposurface to a toposolid. The toposurface is not deleted as this would delete the building pads which need to be recreated manually. Since there is no building pad tool, Autodesk recommends that an in-place mass set to cut the toposolid be created, as shown in Figure 27. This provides a lot more options, like tunnels and sloped edges.
The biggest challenge is that the workflow is not as intuitive for the average Revit user, in my opinion. Figure 27. The suggested replacement for the building pad tool is an in-place mass void. Sub-regions are automatically converted to sub-divisions. Figure 28 shows the various type settings for this new element. Notice two things. First, the toposolid is fundamentally based on the floor element. Second, the contour settings are now set per object type rather than globally.
Figure 28. Toposolid properties. Knowing that the element is essentially an enhanced floor element, note that apply materials is a little odd. Then I had to paint a grass material on the surface. The tricky part with painting is that the surface is made up of several facets and required several picks to paint the entire surface. Toposolid — Creation Workflow A toposolid is created similar to a floor element. You start by sketching the perimeter of the ground to be defined and then finish the creation mode. Next, you select the toposurface and use the Add Points option on the ribbon, adjusting the offset value also on the ribbon.
Roads and walkways are created using the Sub-Divide tool found on the ribbon when a toposolid is selected. This is similar to the sub-region tool where an enclosed area is defined within the larger toposolid perimeter. The result is a solid extrusion which conforms to the ground and can be adjusted vertically. However, the sub-divide height cannot be negative. The last image in this section shows how a mass void can create a tunnel in the toposolid. This was not possible with a toposurface. When a CAD file is available, a toposolid can be generated from it as in the past. Figure 29.

Shared Coordinates While there is nothing new with shared coordinates, I wanted to share a link to my YouTube series on the topic Shared Coordinates in Revit that is easy to understand and covers many of the questions that often come up. This workflow will be the same in Revit 2024, even when using the new toposolid element. This workflow also works on a project hosted in BIM 360.
Figure 32. The shared coordinates workflow. Cut Geometry Enhancement With the advent of the toposolid, there have been enhancements to what kind of elements can be used to cut other elements.
Is the software evolving as fast as the industry would like? Not really. Do I think some tools should be recreated from scratch instead of getting patched? But overall, Autodesk did a good job. The most significant changes are with the site tools. Toposurfaces are gone, replaced with Toposolid. Overall, this is excellent news. However, there are a few quirks with the new site tools that I hope get resolved. There is also a new default template, a fantastic sample model, and UI improvements. Dynamo and the Dynamo Player keep getting better. Finally, there are dozens of small changes to improve the usability of various tools. This post covers General and Architecture features. Specific MEP and Structure improvements are mentioned, but the complete notes are available on Autodesk blog post. Toposurface have been killed and replaced by Toposolid. The Subregion tool has been replaced by Sub-Divide. The way you create site elements is completely different. The following pages are going to cover these significant changes. What if floors and toposurfaces had a baby together? The new toposolid tool works in a very similar way to floors. First, you need to sketch an extrusion boundary with purple lines.
