Туроператоры могут не просто попасть под штрафы, но и получить статус недобросовестных исполнителей контрактов, потерять возможность участвовать в конкурсах на какое-то время, подчеркнули эксперты. Необходим документ, в котором будет указано, что забронированный плацкарт предоставить не могут, часть мест будут выделены в купе по более высокой стоимости.
