Выжившие могут снимать друг друга с крюков, обезвреживать и ломать крюки и ловушки, вытаскивать жертву из ловушек, лечить раненого без аптечки, а себя либо с аптечкой, либо с помощью навыка «Сам себе доктор», без аптечки. У каждого выжившего и убийцы есть три персональных навыка, связанных с их историями.
