Experience the Thrill of Osana in Yandere Simulator – The Ultimate Yandere Experience
For 1980s Mode, I did the opposite: I asked my lead artist to design the 1989 student body, and then picked the 10 students who had the most distinct designs to be the rival girls of 1980s Mode. Instead of deciding their personalities first and their appearances second, I let their appearances dictate their personalities. For example, a sad girl wearing glasses looked like she would be a shy bookworm, so I decided that she would be a rival, and that her fate would be to be crushed beneath a heavy bookshelf pushed by the player. This is the exact opposite of how I usually work when I create characters, but it was still a lot of fun. However, in the end, 1980s Mode turned out to be quite easy and forgiving, almost like a tutorial mode! I wanted to go the extra mile and really make this mode shine! So, I asked a very talented composer — CameronF305 — to create an 80s-style version of every track in the game.
Dozens upon dozens of tracks needed to get an 80s remix! It was an incredibly ambitious task, and it took multiple months, but in the end, composer really pulled through and delivered some awesome 1980s versions of every track in the game. As a result, 1980s Mode has a completely different feeling than the main story mode!
Because of this, the Journalist became notorious for being a "pervert" and a "glory-hound". However, the Journalist slipped up and now he has to flee the country. Unfortunately, he just happened to pick the wrong target... Inspector Lestrade : Taken to its logical conclusion ; he had all the evidence at the ready to prove Ryoba was behind the Akademi murders, but had his reputation completely tarnished by her cleverly-manipulative actions at the time of judgment. Maternal Death?
Blame the Child! Mistaken for Pedophile : Played for drama. One of the reasons why Ryoba was acquitted was because she claimed that he was a lecherous pervert. Ironically, Ryoba herself is a Stalker with a Crush , though for someone slightly older than her. My Greatest Failure : He considers interacting with Ryoba in the first place to be "the worst mistake of [his] life" since she ruined his life. No Good Deed Goes Unpunished : He found out who the murderer was and accused her, but without proof, he was laughed out of court and lost his job. Nice Girl : The official website states that she was a good person who never wished harm upon anyone. Sacrificial Lamb : She is killed to show how ruthless Ryoba is.
Kaguya Wakaizumi A girly, bubbly and cheerful girl who spends most of her time in the school plaza chatting with people. Girly Girl : Has the personality, looks, and tastes typically associated to one. Sixth Ranger : More like fifth ranger. The official website states that Kaguya recently became the latest addition to the Rainbow Girls group. In canon, she becomes a rather literal example since she gets burned to death. Meaningful Name : The "Moe" in Moeko can be read as "burning". It fits both her fiery personality and her canonical fate. One of the Boys : She can be seen hanging out with the Rainbow boys, and is said to be more comfortable around boys than girls.
Pay Evil unto Evil : Admits to Ryoba she wants to burn the creep that took pictures of her to death. Pyromaniac : Her secret hobby is setting fires in a barrel on school grounds. Naturally, exploiting this is one way Ryoba can eliminate her. Additionally, her Dark Secret is that due to her hobby, she accidentally burned down an entire building at her old school. Tomboy : Ryoba describes her as "a cute tomboy with a gung-ho attitude". Indeed, she reacts positively to masculine topics like Sports, Martial Arts and Violence, while negatively to the feminine Cooking and Gardening topics. Woman on Fire : Her rival-specific elimination method is getting her to accidentally burn herself to death. Alliterative Name : Honami Hodoshima.
Bespectacled Cutie : Wears big round glasses to add in her cuteness. Book Worm : She spends all her time in the library and even volunteered to be school librarian. Birds of a Feather : Her suitor is Hachiro Iso, an avid reader who would surely share her love for books. Ryoba: The only thing I know about this girl is that she loves books. Death by Irony : She adores books and she canonically died via getting squashed by a large bookcase. Innocent Blue Eyes : Her eyes are light blue. Shrinking Violet : Very shy and reserved, which causes her difficulty with social interactions. Squashed Flat : Her unique, canonical, elimination method is getting her crushed by one of the bookshelves in the library.
Sumiko Tachibana A sporty girl with an aspiration to become a career athlete and obsession with having a healthy lifestyle. She is the fourth rival. She was even showcased wearing the outfit in the trailer video. Tampering with Food and Drink : Sumiko will head to the home ec room in order to create a nutritious fresh lunch. Which is a perfect opportunity for poison. This was also her canonical fate. Tomboyish Ponytail : She wears her hair in a ponytail and is an athletic girl. An arrogant girl who, fortunately for her chances of winning Jokichi and unfortunately for her chances of surviving Ryoba , is from one of the wealthiest families in Japan.
Alpha Bitch : Acts like your typical haughty high school girl and is very entitled.

Чтобы убедиться в этом, достаточно просто запустить самую современную версию игры. Даже на мощном компьютере игра едва выдаёт 30 кадров в секунду. Вся игра изобилует багами.
Если верить слухам, многие ассеты игры были не позаимствованы, а стырены у энтузиастов. Люди начали жаловаться Алексу за то, что она воровал модели без их разрешения. Но даже если YandereDev сам делал многие ассеты, то это не отменяет факта о низком качестве игры. Потому что все ассеты выглядят просто ужасно. Графика у Yandere Simulator находится где-то на уровне игр с PS2, и во многом уступает даже любительским моделькам для Miku Miku Dance.

Info-chan is a very mysterious character indeed. The fan feedback that I received after releasing 1980s Mode has been absolutely invaluable; numerous improvements have been made to the game thanks to criticism provided by fans after playing the mode.
You could frame a girl for a crime you committed, or you could talk them into liking another guy, or otherwise get them expelled or ruin their reputation. Informing how easy all of this is are your sanity and reputation. Sanity also affects the tenacity of your murders: if your quite sane then the murders will be slow and sloppy, while moving closer to insane makes you quick and clean, while complete insanity will make your kills long and sadistic. Similarly, your reputation drops if you do something incriminating — a low reputation means students will be cautious around you, while a high reputation will see them opening up. Last thing to note is that the game has panty shot currency.

Большинство пасхалок активируются с помощью читов. В основном они превращают главную героиню в персонажа известного аниме или видеоигры. А некоторые пасхалки и вовсе превращают игру в наркоманскую кашу. Например, Titan Mode, который превращает всех NPC в голых великанов отсылка на сами знаете какое аниме. Но беда в том, что YandereDev больше отвлекается на ненужные для игры вещи, а не на проработку основного геймплея. Одна из дешёвых и никому не нужных "пасхалок". Ещё одной проблемой Yandere Simulator является её чрезмерго огромный для инди-разработчика масштаб.
Чтобы создать подобную игру, необходима целая игровая студия, состоящая из 15 человек как минимум, а то и больше.
