She averaged 17. At Oregon, Ionescu gained fame for her brilliant successes. So Sabrina left the University of Oregon accomplished but without that elusive championship. Ionescu hopes to achieve that professionally; this off-season, the Liberty made a massive step towards that goal.

She was also the first to achieve a triple-double in less than three quarters on June 12, 2022 against Chicago Sky and the first to get one with at least 30 points against Las Vegas Aces on July 6, 2022. On August 7, 2022, she became the first WNBA player to surpass 500 points, 200 rebounds and 200 assists in a season. He did it in a match against Phoenix Mercury. The impact generated by the escort in these years has led several of the main brands in the United States to seek it out. One of those that got an exclusive contract with her is Nike, which in March of this year launched an exclusive design of sneakers the Nike Sabrina 1 and a line of clothing.

Whitcomb led the pack with 28 points, while Ionescu finished with 26 points. Whitcomb performed admirably with 24 points but fell short, while Ogunbowale struggled to find her rhythm and finished with just 11 points, the lowest score of the competition. In the Skills Challenge, the on-court aspect remained the same, but the format changed to a team competition featuring four pairs of All-Star teammates. The Dream and Wings were eliminated in the first round, while the Aces and Liberty, both with two point guards, had the advantage.
