LYGE employs Lyapunov theory to iteratively guide the search for samples during exploration while simultaneously learning the local system dynamics, control policy, and Lyapunov functions. We demonstrate its scalability on highly complex systems, including a high-fidelity F-16 jet model from the Air Force featuring a 16D state space and a 4D input space. Furthermore, we demonstrate that our algorithm can be extended to learn controllers guided by alternative certificate functions for unknown systems. Related Stories.

Времени было немного, и все приступили к работе с энтузиазмом. У каждой команды был куратор, который помогал и поддерживал участников. Иногда кураторы работали с командами даже по ночам, чтобы помочь достичь наилучших результатов. В конце школы проходила общая защита проектов, где каждая команда представляла свою работу. Тематики проектов соответствовали тому, о чем рассказывали на школе. Например, наша команда решала задачу сегментации и трекинга объектов по текстовым запросам. Особенность нашей работы заключалась в том, что датасет для нее был собран с камеры робота, катающегося по кампусу МФТИ. Арсений: Задачей моей группы было применить большие языковые модели для некоторых классов задач робототехнических манипуляций объектами, управляемых посредством естественной речи. Мы презентовали собственную архитектуру для решения данной задачи. Наш верхнеуровневый пайплайн выдавал текстовые описания по степам для робота, после чего мы подключали модель RT1 для заземления текстовых описаний конкретных задач на экшенсы. В итоге наша команда взяла первое место за лучший проект среди всех представленных проектов! Арсений и его команда защищают свой проект. Смотреть было очень интересно: помимо того, что у участников разные направления работ, каждая из команд по-разному подошла и к самому процессу исследования. Также следует отметить исключительную доброжелательность экспертного состава: они давали комментарии к каждой работе и рекомендации по ее улучшению.

Still, current methods relying on Lyapunov functions require access to complete dynamics or samples of system executions throughout the entire state space. Consequently, they are impractical for high-dimensional systems. In this paper, we introduce a novel framework, LYGE, for learning stabilizing controllers specifically tailored to high-dimensional, unknown systems. LYGE employs Lyapunov theory to iteratively guide the search for samples during exploration while simultaneously learning the local system dynamics, control policy, and Lyapunov functions.
