И да, большинство людей выглядят и действуют здесь весьма неумно, а по сути — тупо. Как справедливо заметил кое-кто из кинокритиков, это кино было сделано "фанатом Годзиллы - для фанатов Годзиллы". И как говорил об этом сам Догерти — "Моей целью было сделать такой фильм о Годзилле, который уважает его наследие".
